The views are sweet as, but they seriously need to sort their staff training. No one helped us with our bags, and that was disappointing, eh?

Wi-Fi speeds were occasionally sluggish, which can be a hassle when you want to share those gorgeous lake views online. There are some doubts about the soundproofing between rooms as noise from neighboring guests can be heard, and dining in the restaurant might leave you waiting longer than expected for your food. While the spa is nice, the noise levels are something they need to work on— it can get loud, disrupting the relaxation vibe. the gym could use a bit more equipment and room for functionality.

I loved the expansive spa and pool area, and the evening live performance was a delightful surprise! Unfortunately, the dining experience wasn't as impressive, especially the lunch. I'd definitely return!
